Job summary

Werfen is seeking a Field-Based Application Consultant to travel to hospital and lab sites across the Inter Mountain territory, including Colorado, Utah, Montana, Wyoming and Idaho. You will install, validate, train, and support Werfen analyzers while ensuring customer satisfaction and regulatory compliance.

The ideal candidate has 2–3 years in a lab/clinical setting, associates in Medical Technology (bachelors preferred), and strong communication skills in English.

Qualifications

• Associates degree in Medical Technology or related field required; bachelor's degree preferred.
• 2–3 years' work experience in a lab or clinical setting.
• Fluency in English required.

Responsibilities

• Performs Werfen instrument installations, validations/verifications and training inside and outside their assigned territory.
• Ensures total customer satisfaction within installed base territory.
• Provides customer clinical and technical support and education on Werfen products.
• Maintains knowledge of regulatory requirements and data management systems.
• Identifies opportunities to penetrate installed base and support sales.
