Werfen is seeking a Clinical Applications Consultant for Autoimmunity in the New England Territory, covering Bedford, MA. You will install, validate and train on Werfen analyzers, delivering clinical support and customer education while addressing regulatory compliance; travel is heavy and you’ll work with our installed base across multiple states.

Ideal candidates have an MT/MLT background with 2–3 years lab experience, English fluency, and strong technical and communication skills to manage

Qualificações

• Associates degree in Medical Technology or related sciences (preferred).
• Minimum of 2–3 years’ work experience in a lab or clinical setting.
• Fluency in English required.
• Strong computer skills including Word, Excel and PowerPoint.

Responsabilidades

• Performs Werfen instrument installations, validations/verifications and training within territory.
• Provides ongoing clinical support and customer education on Werfen analyzers.
• Advises customers on regulatory requirements and compliance.
• Maintains knowledge of data management systems and regulatory standards.
