Werfen is seeking an Application Consultant to ensure total customer satisfaction within the installed base across New England and parts of New York. You will perform installations, validations, verifications and training on Werfen analyzers, and provide ongoing clinical support and education to customers.

Ideal candidates have 2–3 years of lab/clinical experience, an Associate degree in Medical Technology (or related), fluent English, and strong communication and problem-solving abilities.

Qualifications

• Associates degree in Medical Technology or related scientific discipline preferred.
• Minimum of 2–3 years’ work experience in a lab or clinical setting.
• Fluency in English required.

Responsabilités

• Performs instrument installations, validations/verifications and training.
• Provides clinical and technical support and education to customers.
• Maintains regulatory knowledge and data management competency.
• Develops and maintains account lists and call frequencies.
• Travels approximately 80% of the time.
