Werfen North America is seeking an Application Consultant to ensure customer satisfaction and provide clinical support in the New York territory. Candidates with lab experience will be highly considered. Responsibilities include installations and training on Werfen analyzers, along with technical support and education for customers.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2-3 years’ work experience in a lab or clinical setting.
• Fluency in English is required.

Responsibilities

• Ensure total customer satisfaction within Werfen installed base.
• Perform installations, validations and training on Werfen analyzers.
• Provide ongoing clinical support and customer education.
• Coordinate the instrument go-live process with stakeholders.
• Prepare forecasts and other monthly reports as required.
