G.E. Mechanical, LLC is seeking a Client Solutions Lead (CSL) to drive new business development and client relationships across HVAC-R, plumbing, environmental services, and related trades in the New Jersey region.

The role emphasizes field engagement, solution strategy, and end-to-end commercial management from prospecting to close. You will build pipeline, qualify opportunities, coordinate with technical and operations teams, and represent the voice of the client to deliver durable,

Qualifications

High School diploma or GED and five years in commercial sales or related field.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to build durable client relationships and understand business impact.
Experience with CRM systems and pipeline management.
Willingness to travel throughout assigned geography.

Responsabilités

Develop and manage a self-generated pipeline within the assigned geography.
Identify and pursue new target clients and expand existing relationships.
Lead discovery, solution strategy, and proposals through close.
Coordinate with estimators, operations, and vendors to deliver client solutions.
