The Client Solutions Lead will drive pipeline, win new clients, and expand existing relationships by coordinating cross-trade solutions and engaging field resources. Competenze

• Minimum 5 years in commercial sales, mechanical services, or related client-facing roles.
• Strong verbal and written communication with ability to engage clients and coordinate with internal teams.
• Experience prospecting, building pipeline, and managing multi-stakeholder relationships.

• Own and grow a geographic market and client portfolio.
• Serve as primary commercial contact across HVAC-R, plumbing, environmental services.
