Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Own and grow a geographic market and client portfolio for new business development.
• Serve as primary commercial contact across HVAC-R, plumbing, environmental services.
• Spend significant time in the field with clients and operations teams to build relationships.
• Identify client problems and drive solutions through cross-trade opportunities.
• Lead discovery, solution strategy, proposals, negotiations, and closing activities.
• Coordinate resources and ensure smooth handoff from commercial to operations.
