Job summary

L&E Research, Inc. is hiring a Field Client Services Assistant for on-site work in Columbus, OH. You will be the on-ground point of contact for clients, respondents, and project teams, ensuring sessions run smoothly from setup to wrap-up.

The schedule shifts weekly with the field calendar. Responsibilities include preparing locations, supporting sessions, managing project documentation, and stepping in as needed for leadership on-site.

Qualifications

• Strong written and verbal communication and organization skills.
• Comfort with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Teams), Outlook, OneDrive, Google Suite, and simple accounting, plus an eagerness to learn new tools, including AI.

Responsibilities

• Prepare research locations daily: cleanliness, shelf setup, and materials.
• Support sessions with client needs, tally sheets, counts, documentation, and cleanup.
• Help build each project’s Day of Needs, keep the project workbook current, and complete the Nightly Report.
• Assist as needed in the facility and off-site for Intercept projects.
