Job summary

L&E Research is hiring a part-time Client Services Representative (CSR) in Columbus, OH. This on-site role offers up to 30 hours per week and requires a friendly, professional demeanor to help guests and research participants feel welcome.

You will set up rooms and A/V, manage front desk duties, and support recruiting and study logistics in a fast-paced environment. Driving is required and AI curiosity is encouraged.

Qualifications

• Experience in client services, hospitality, or admin support.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Teams) and OneDrive.
• Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and insurance.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including some evenings and weekends, up to 30 hours per week.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests and ensure they are taken care of from arrival.
• Set up rooms, A/V, food, and materials for research sessions.
• Reset spaces quickly between studies for the next group.
• Cover the front desk, answer phones, and direct visitors professionally.
• Assist with recruiting, project support, or additional team needs as they arise.
