Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Investigate and resolve homeowners claims of moderate complexity in a timely manner.
• Conduct on-site inspections and write detailed damage estimates.
• Handle virtual claims using imagery and video technology.
• Determine coverage and reserve amounts within authority.
• Communicate effectively with insureds and vendors to ensure satisfaction.
• Travel to multiple locations and work overtime as needed.
