Smyrna Ready Mix (SRM Concrete) is hiring an Outside Sales Representative to develop new business and build customer relationships across Houston, Dallas, and Fort Worth, Texas. This entry-level role includes training and growth within cement and construction materials sales.

You will travel frequently, conduct face-to-face visits, and manage a large territory through effective account development. The position emphasizes relationship-building, customer service, and accurate sales reporting,

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Identify prospective customers and generate cement sales opportunities.
• Build and maintain relationships with ready-mix producers, contractors, and other cement customers across TX.
• Plan routes, schedule appointments, and maintain coverage in assigned territory.
• Prepare quotes and proposals to support customer retention and sales growth.
• Learn cement products and sales processes through hands-on training.
• Coordinate with logistics to communicate product availability and delivery schedules.
• Maintain accurate customer records and report market feedback to leadership.
• Provide responsive customer support and resolve questions or concerns.
