RS&H, Inc. is seeking a Junior CEI Inspector in Austin, TX to support construction inspection and contract administration on highway and transportation projects. The role involves field inspections, material sampling, and reporting daily activities to the client.

Training will be provided to develop required certifications and safety practices. You will work outdoors, on-site with contractors, and may shift between day and night schedules depending on project needs.

Competenze

• High school diploma or equivalent; six months of experience.
• Ability to read construction plans and obtain required certifications as needed.
• Valid driver’s license with good driving record; company vehicle provided.
• Strong communication; report test results clearly to clients.
• Ability to work outdoors in varying weather; physically active; boots required.
• Willingness to learn through training and certification classes.

Mansioni

• Monitor progress on active sites and coordinate with contractors.
• Inspect materials to ensure compliance with plans and specifications.
• Review contract documents to ensure compliance.
• Perform sampling and field testing of materials as required.
• Create a daily log detailing daily activities for the client.
