Job summary

Fabcon is seeking a Field Caulker on the East Coast to join a hardworking crew. The role involves caulking precast panels and performing general construction labor on a full-time, day shift from 7:00 am to 5:00 pm, Monday through Friday.

You will follow directions from the Caulk Crew Foreperson, work safely outdoors, and travel as needed to project sites across the East Coast. Union benefits and overtime opportunities are offered.

Qualifications

• Caulking experience preferred but not required
• Two or more years in construction or manual labor
• Ability to carry out simple and complex verbal instructions
• Ability to work safely at heights and travel as needed

Responsibilities

• Perform caulking and general construction labor to seal precast concrete panels
• Complete assigned tasks safely and efficiently as part of the caulk crew
• Follow directions from the Caulk Crew Foreperson
• Perform additional field duties as assigned by the foreperson
• Use materials and tools efficiently and handle equipment responsibly
• Adhere to all safety policies and jobsite requirements
• Maintain professional conduct with crew and other personnel
