Fabcon in Grove City, OH is hiring a Field Caulker – East Coast for a permanent full-time role with a 7:00 am to 5:00 pm Monday–Friday shift. You will caulk precast concrete panels as part of a crew and perform general construction labor safely and efficiently.

The job offers safety boot and prescription safety eyewear reimbursement, overtime opportunities, and a salary range of $39–$45 per hour.

Qualifications

• Construction experience required; caulking experience preferred.
• Two or more years of construction or manual labor experience preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

Responsabilités

• Perform caulking and general construction labor necessary to seal precast concrete panels.
• Complete assigned tasks safely and efficiently as part of a caulk crew.
• Follow work direction provided by the Caulk Crew Foreperson.
• Perform additional construction and field duties as assigned by the foreperson.
• Use materials and supplies efficiently and handle tools and equipment responsibly.
• Follow all established safety policies, procedures, and jobsite requirements.
• Maintain professional conduct and work effectively with crew members and other jobsite personnel.
