Job summary

Fabcon in Ohio/Toledo is seeking a permanent full-time Caulk Crew Laborer to perform caulking and general construction tasks, sealing precast concrete panels. Work hours are 7:00 am to 5:00 pm, Monday–Friday, with safety boot and prescription eyewear reimbursements and overtime opportunities.

The role involves following directions from the Caulk Crew Foreperson and collaborating with crew members, while maintaining safety, efficiency, and professionalism on the jobsite.

Qualifications

• Construction experience required; caulking experience preferred.
• General knowledge of construction practices; two or more years of construction or manual labor experience preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform caulking and general construction labor necessary to seal precast concrete panels.
• Complete assigned tasks safely and efficiently as part of a caulk crew.
• Follow work direction provided by the Caulk Crew Foreperson.
• Perform additional construction and field duties as assigned by the foreperson.
• Use materials and supplies efficiently and handle tools and equipment responsibly.
• Follow all established safety policies, procedures, and jobsite requirements.
• Maintain professional conduct and work effectively with crew members and other jobsite personnel.
