Ford Motor Company seeks an APD Physical Damage Catastrophe Claims Adjuster/Field Service Manager for the Louisville, KY region. This field-based role represents Ford to dealerships and service centers, managing complex physical damage claims and catastrophe response with extensive travel.

Responsibilities include conducting coverage investigations, preparing damage estimates, leading subrogation, and performing loss-prevention reviews.

Formación

• High School Diploma or GED required; 2+ years claims adjusting and estimating experience.
• Ability to travel 50-70% overnight, including extended CAT deployments.
• Experience with computerized estimating systems (Mitchell Connect or CCC One) and vehicle repair processes.

Responsabilidades

• Manage complex insurance claims in field territory and coordinate vehicle inspections.
• Conduct coverage investigations and determine claims decisions for various loss scenarios.
• Prepare accurate repair estimates using estimating software.
• Lead subrogation, salvage, and fraud investigations.
• Perform loss-prevention reviews and provide dealer training.
• Be on-call for CAT/Storm losses and travel 50-70% as required.
