Ideal Option is seeking a Case Manager/Peer Support Specialist for the King County, WA LEAD Project. Location is Seattle, Washington. Compensation is $37.25 per hour with a 40-hour work week, Monday-Friday.

The role focuses on engagement and intensive case management for individuals involved in low-level offenses, collaborating with LEAD partners and housing providers to support participants.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree related to social services or behavioral health.
• Experience serving populations affected by poverty and behavioral health conditions.
• Experience working with people in recovery and in criminal justice settings.

Responsibilities

• Provide Outreach and Intensive Case Management for assigned clients.
• Engage participants on the street and at social service facilities to build trust.
• Assess needs for medical, mental health, and housing services.
• Assist with funding programs (SSI, ABD, VA) and housing access.
• Advocate for participants within the criminal justice system; coordinate with partners.
