Job summary

The Blue Venture Fund in Seattle, WA is seeking a Case Manager/Peer Support Specialist for the King County LEAD Project. This full-time role supports engagement and intensive case management for individuals involved with low-level offenses, managing a caseload of about 25–30 participants.

You will work with LEAD partners, service providers, housing providers, and community organizations to deliver outreach, housing assistance, and access to funding programs, while coordinating with the criminal

Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree in social services or behavioral health.
• Experience with street-based sex work communities is preferred.
• 1–2 years experience in recovery support and guidance.
• Experience with CRM and EHR systems.
• Certified Recovery Mentor or Peer Support Specialist Certification is required.

Responsibilities

• Provide Outreach and Intensive Case Management for assigned clients.
• Engage participants on the street and at social service facilities to establish relationships and offer services.
• Assess participants for chemical dependency severity and housing status; determine needs for other services such as medical or mental health.
• Assist participants in gaining access to funding programs (e.g., SSI, ABD, VA).
• Assist participants in finding housing and maintaining occupancy.
• Provide advocacy and support in the criminal justice system including court appearances and written communication.
• Advocate for participants with various service providers.
