The role requires a Bachelor’s degree or non-licensed master level clinician, 2+ years in behavioral health, and strong MS Office skills. Travel, reliable transportation, and willingness to work after hours are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or non-licensed master level clinician required.
• 2+ years of experience in behavioral health, social services, or human services.
• 2+ years of experience with MS Office Suite applications (Outlook, Word, Excel, SharePoint).
• 2+ years of experience in children's mental health, child welfare, or related public sector fields.
• 2+ years experience in family systems, case management, or child development.
• 2+ years experience with Ohio delivery systems and local networks.
• Willing to travel up to 50% and to the New Albany office for trainings/meetings.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to work beyond standard hours.

Responsibilities

• Be clinically and culturally competent with training to manage complex cases in the community across child-serving systems.
• Evaluate members’ needs and plan appropriate care with benefit analysis and referrals.
• Coordinate and monitor care plan activities and progress.
• Enhance quality of care by collaborating with teams and overcoming barriers.
• Monitor compliance with regulatory and company policies in care documentation.
