Job summary

Compass United is seeking a field-based safety verification professional to conduct in-person visits, support vulnerable families, and ensure child safety nationwide. The role requires a bachelor’s degree and 3+ years in crisis intervention or case management, with travel up to 75% within 70 miles of the posted city.

Fluency in English and Spanish is required, with Monday–Friday scheduling. You will join a mission-driven team offering comprehensive training and a strong support network.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Strongly Preferred – Graduate degree in a related field.
• Three (3) years of related experience in crisis intervention and case management.

Responsibilities

• Meet federal and state regulatory guidelines and standards.
• Maintain a caseload per agency policies and licensing requirements.
• Participate in workshops and professional development.
• Maintain weekly contacts with children and families.
• Travel up to 75% of the work week within 70 miles of the posted city.
