Job summary

Compass United is hiring for roles within its Safety Verification Initiative to conduct in-person visits, support vulnerable families, and ensure child safety nationwide. You will travel up to 75% and work within a mission-driven team focused on professionalism and dignity in service.

Requirements include a bachelor’s degree (social work, psychology, criminology, sociology, or related field) and 3 years in crisis intervention/case management; bilingual English/Spanish is strongly preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or undergraduate degree from an accredited program/university in social work, psychology, criminial justice, sociology, or related field.
• Graduate degree from an accredited program/university strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Meet federal and state regulatory guidelines and standards applicable to the position.
• Maintain a caseload per agency policies, licensing and contract standards.
• Provide crisis line support and follow-ups; ensure safety plans are in place.
