Job summary

Compass United is seeking professionals to support safety visits and family services nationwide. The role requires bilingual English/Spanish fluency, a bachelor’s degree, and at least three years in crisis intervention and case management.

Travel up to 75% and collaboration with stakeholders are essential. You’ll work in a mission-driven environment with comprehensive training, contribute to safeguarding children, and engage with families to promote safety and well-being while adhering to agency

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or undergraduate degree from an accredited program/university.
• Graduate degree from accredited program/university strongly preferred.
• Three years of related experience including crisis intervention and case management.
• Experience with immigrant populations and child welfare is preferred.
• Certifications: Integrated Case Management, First Aid, CPR, Emergency Behavior Management.

Responsibilities

• Meet all federal and state regulatory guidelines applicable to this position.
• Maintain a case load in accordance with agency policies and licensing standards.
• Participate in workshops, seminars, and education programs for professional growth.
• Maintain weekly contacts with children and families and document progress.
• Travel up to 75% and coordinate referrals, service planning, and documentation.
