Qualifications

• Required – Bachelor’s or undergraduate degree in a relevant field.
• Strongly preferred – Graduate degree in a related field.

Responsibilities

• Meet all federal and state regulatory guidelines and standards applicable to this position.
• Maintain a case load in accordance with agency policies and licensing/contract standards.
• Participate in workshops, seminars, and education programs for professional growth.
• Maintain a minimum number of weekly contacts with children and families.
• Assess ongoing changes in behavior or conditions affecting child safety.
• Provide feedback and support to crisis line staff for appropriate crisis response.
• Engage children and sponsors in the casework process.
• Document progress toward risk reduction and service goals.
• Compile, prepare, submit, and maintain accurate records and statistics.
• Participate in weekly case staffing with case managers and staff in the region.
• Work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
• Travel with safety protocols and maintain confidentiality.
