Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in social work, psychology, criminal justice, sociology, or related field.
• Graduate degree strongly preferred.
• Minimum three years of related crisis intervention and case management experience.

Responsibilities

• Meet all federal and state regulatory guidelines and standards applicable to this position.
• Maintain a caseload in accordance with agency policies and licensing standards.
• Travel up to 75% of the workweek and coordinate referrals, service planning and documentation.
• Provide crisis intervention and support to families in crisis and engage with children and sponsors in casework.
