Job summary

Compass United is hiring for a Safety Verification Initiative role across the United States. The position involves in-person safety visits, supporting vulnerable families, and protecting child wellbeing with a focus on professionalism, cultural awareness, and confidentiality.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree (Graduate degree preferred), 3+ years in crisis intervention/case management, and fluency in English and Spanish. Travel up to 75% is expected, with comprehensive benefits on day one.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited program; graduate degree preferred.
• Fluency in English and Spanish required or strongly preferred.
• Experience in crisis intervention and case management is essential.

Responsibilities

• Meet federal and state regulatory guidelines applicable to the position.
• Maintain a caseload according to agency policies and licensing requirements.
• Travel up to 75% of the work week; work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
• Coordinate referrals, service planning and documentation for assigned caseload.
• Communicate effectively in writing and verbally in English and Spanish.
