Job summary

Help at Home in Illinois is seeking a Field Coordinator to visit clients' homes, answer calls, greet guests, and document visits. The role supports the Branch Manager with administrative duties and may include additional assigned tasks as needed.

The position requires strong communication, excellent interpersonal skills, and good computer proficiency, with HOST training noted as desirable. Travel within communities is expected.

Qualifications

• Strong communication skills, oral and written.

• HOST Trained (new – not sure if this goes here, or under education/experience)

Responsibilities

• Conduct daily visits to clients' homes, as required (new).
• Answer incoming phone calls and redirect calls, as needed.
• Greet and assist guests, as needed.
• Enter and submit documentation records of home visits.
• Assist the Branch Manager with any other administrative/clerical duties.
