Job summary

Help At Home, LLC is seeking a Field Coordinator to organize and oversee in‑home care visits, coordinating schedules and ensuring high‑quality service in the community. This role focuses on supporting clients to live independently with dignity and safety in familiar home environments.

The position involves daily client visits, coordination with the Branch Manager, and maintaining accurate documentation. Strong communication and reliable transportation are essential for success.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1–2 years of customer service experience.
• Access to an insured and reliable vehicle.
• Active and current auto insurance.
• HOST Trained (optional)

Responsibilities

• Conduct daily visits to clients' homes.
• Answer incoming phone calls and redirect calls.
• Greet and assist guests as needed.
• Enter and submit documentation of home visits.
• Assist the Branch Manager with administrative duties.

Responsibilities

What You'll Do:

• Conduct daily visits to clients' homes, as required (new).
• Answer incoming phone calls and redirect calls, as needed.
• Greet and assist guests, as needed.
• Enter and submit documentation records of home visits.
• Assist the Branch Manager with any other administrative/clerical duties.

Qualifications

What You'll Bring:

• Strong communication skills, oral and written.
• Excellent interpersonal skills.
• Proficient computer skills.
• HOST Trained (new – not sure if this goes here, or under education/experience)

Education and Experience:

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• One (1) to two (2) years of customer service experience required.
• Access to an insured and reliable vehicle.
• Active and current auto insurance.

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to move or traverse about in offices and/or client homes, including ascending and descending stairs.
• Ability to communicate effectively and clearly with others to exchange information.

Travel Requirements:

• Regular travel on a daily or weekly basis required, even in inclement weather
