Job summary

Unknown Field Supervisor Assistant role involves visiting the home, clients, and caregiver staff in the field to ensure the care plan is sufficient for the client and that staff meet needs. You may also participate in a 6-week follow-up after onboarding clients.

Field Supervisory Assistant handles incoming calls for QA and the 24/7 call center, routing to the correct person or solving problems, with scheduled shifts and on-call duties monthly.

Qualifications

• High School Graduate with two years of home care experience.
• Able to work independently with sound judgment.
• Basic computer skills and ability to learn inERSP scheduling.
• Typing speed of 60 WPM or higher; 70–90 WPM is a plus.
• Must have a car and valid driver's license.
• Available once a month for on-call duty outside regular hours.

Responsibilities

• Visit home, clients and caregiver staff to ensure care plans meet client needs.
• Support a 6-week follow-up after onboarding via phone or in person.
• Handle first/second incoming calls for QA and 24/7 call center support.
• Route inquiries or solve problems; manage shifts and call-outs.
• Do not perform new scheduling unless delegated by Regional Scheduler.
• Document changes to care coordinators; evaluate field staff punctuality and reliability.
• Assist with client care plan reviews and time reporting; cooperate with staff and families.
