Bordner Home Improvement is seeking a Canvass Team Lead who will work in local neighborhoods, lead from the front, recruit and coach field marketing reps, and drive qualified appointments.

You’ll be hands-on in the field, with an earnings potential that starts at $22/hour plus unlimited commissions and bonuses; 2% personal sales and 0.5% team sales; benefits available after 30 days; growth within a family-owned company.
