Brody Allen Exteriors is seeking a Canvass Field Representative to knock doors, engage homeowners, and book appointments for the in-home sales team.
You'll work outdoors in assigned neighborhoods, build rapport, and identify exterior-improvement needs to drive sales opportunities. Prior sales experience helps but is not required, with training provided. Earned commissions supplement hourly pay and bi-weekly earnings.
At Brody Allen Exteriors, we help homeowners protect, improve, and upgrade their homes with high-quality exterior remodeling solutions. We specialize in roofing, siding, gutters, and other exterior home-improvement projects.
We are a fast-growing company that believes in hard work, teamwork, personal development, and taking care of our customers. We’re looking for motivated individuals to join our Canvass Team and help us continue growing.
We help homeowners find solutions for some of the biggest exterior needs their homes may have, including:
Our goal isn't simply to sell a homeowner something — it's to identify a need, educate the homeowner, and connect them with one of our Home Improvement Sales Representatives for a professional consultation.
As a Canvass Field Representative, your primary responsibility is simple:
Knock doors, talk to homeowners, and generate quality appointments for our in-home sales team.
Your daily responsibilities will include:
We are looking for people who are:
Previous sales experience is helpful, but not required. We provide training and coaching to help you develop the skills necessary to succeed.
If you're outgoing, driven, and willing to put in the work, this can be an excellent opportunity to build your sales career.
Expected OTE: $50,000–$70,000
Your earning potential is directly tied to your performance. The more quality appointments you generate, the more opportunity you have to increase your income.
This isn't a job where you're expected to sit behind a desk all day.
You'll be outside, talking to people, building relationships, developing sales skills, and directly contributing to the growth of the company.
For the right person, this position can be the starting point for a long-term career in the home-improvement sales industry.
If you're competitive, coachable, hardworking, and ready to earn what you're worth, we want to meet you.
