Job summary

Sunbelt Home Solutions in St. Petersburg, FL is hiring a Canvass Team Lead to build and lead a sales canvassing team. You will generate homeowner appointments through direct conversations, coach a growing team, and optimize territory planning and daily field operations to drive performance.

We offer paid training, a $1,500 sign-on bonus, weekly base pay with uncapped commissions, team overrides, and a company vehicle. Medical, dental, vision and PTO after 90 days are provided.

Qualifications

• Competitive, energetic, and self-motivated.
• Comfortable speaking with homeowners outdoors.
• Coachable and eager to learn.
• A strong communicator and natural leader.
• Previous management/leadership experience preferred.
• At least 18 years old with a valid driver's licence.
• Experience in sales, canvassing, field marketing, customer service, retail, hospitality, or leadership is preferred but not required.
