As a Neighborhood Marketing and Outside Field Manager, you’ll lead a high-energy team of door-to-door marketers AND drive direct-to-consumer sales through boots-on-the-ground canvassing, inspections, and lead generation. You’ll train, coach, and walk alongside your team to deliver quality leads, close warm prospects, and dominate your market. What You'll Do:

• Lead, coach, and grow a team of 10+ neighborhood marketers
• Knock doors and connect directly with homeowners
• Prospect new leads for residential window replacement
• Track team metrics and hit bonus goals
• Train reps on our marketing scripts and processes
• Coordinate canvassing logistics and neighborhood mapping
• Communicate with homeowners to drive referrals and repeat business
• Manage back-end lead entry, data tracking, and quality control
• Maintain top-notch brand representation in the field

Things to Know Before Applying:
