Job summary

DaBella is seeking a Canvass Supervisor to lead from the front and grow a field team, driving our door-to-door outreach and free inspection scheduling. You’ll recruit, coach, and mentor canvassers while staying active in the field to achieve daily and weekly goals.

This hands-on leadership role offers uncapped performance bonuses and a base pay of $22.50/hour. Expect Monday–Saturday shifts, outdoor work, and opportunities for nationwide relocation as the team scales.
