Job summary

DaBella in Minnesota seeks a Canvass Manager to lead a field canvass team, drive lead generation, and coach representatives to higher performance. You will recruit, train, motivate, and manage daily field activities such as door-to-door outreach and appointment setting.

• Proven ability to coach and provide feedback to drive performance.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead, motivate, and manage a team of canvassers to meet and exceed targets.
• Recruit, interview, and onboard new team members.
• Provide ongoing coaching and performance feedback to teammates.
• Oversee daily field activities including door-to-door outreach and appointment setting.
• Track performance metrics and report team results.
