Responsibilities

• Recruit, interview, and onboard new team members.
• Provide ongoing coaching and performance feedback.
• Oversee daily field activities including door-to-door outreach and appointment setting.
• Support team members in developing communication and customer engagement skills.
• Track team performance and report results; coordinate safe transport to sites.
