DaBella is seeking a driven Canvass Manager to lead a field canvass team and drive lead generation goals. You will recruit, train, coach, and coordinate daily door-to-door activities, while maintaining professional homeowner relations and ensuring safe team transport.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Lead, motivate, and manage a team of canvassers to meet and exceed performance targets.
• Recruit, interview, and onboard new team members.
• Provide ongoing coaching, mentorship, and performance feedback.
• Oversee daily field activities including door-to-door outreach and appointment setting.
• Support team members in developing strong communication and customer engagement skills.
• Build positive relationships with homeowners and represent the company professionally.
• Track performance metrics and report on team results.
• Ensure safe and efficient transportation of team members to designated areas.
