Job summary

DaBella is seeking a Canvass Manager to lead a field canvass team across neighborhoods, coach reps, and drive lead generation goals. This boots-on-the-ground role rewards performance with uncapped bonuses and a clear path for growth.

Responsibilities

• Lead, motivate, and manage a canvass team to meet targets.
• Recruit, interview, and onboard new canvassers.

• Oversee daily field activities including door-to-door outreach and appointment setting.
• Track performance metrics and report team results.
• Coordinate safe transport for team members and manage logistics.
