DaBella is seeking a Canvass Supervisor to lead from the front, support a growing field marketing team, and help drive performance and earnings. You will knock on doors with your team, schedule free inspections and estimates, and recruit new canvassers while developing their skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and motivate the canvass team to hit daily and weekly goals.
• Provide coaching, mentorship, and feedback to improve performance.
• Recruit and build the team through screenings and interviews.
• Onboard and train new canvassers for success.
• Track daily canvassing activities and team performance.
• Collaborate with leadership on outreach strategies and team development.
• Safely operate a company vehicle to transport canvassers.
