Job summary

DaBella is seeking a driven Canvass Manager to lead a field canvass team in Vermont. This boots-on-the-ground role requires coaching, recruiting, and performance-driven leadership to hit lead-generation targets.

You’ll manage daily field activities, train new hires, and represent the company professionally while ensuring safety and efficient transportation. Must have a valid driver’s license and a clean driving record; comfortable working outdoors in varied weather; competitive base salary plus
