Job summary

DaBella in Burlington, VT is seeking a driven Canvass Manager to lead a field canvass team and drive lead-generation results. This role emphasizes coaching others, frontline leadership, and delivering performance.

You will recruit, train, and manage canvassers, oversee daily activities, and ensure attendance and safety while representing the company professionally. The compensation includes a $60,000 base salary plus uncapped bonuses ranging from $1,500–$3,000 per month, with top performers

Responsibilities

• Lead, motivate, and manage a team of canvassers to meet and exceed performance targets.
• Recruit, interview, and onboard new team members.
• Provide ongoing coaching, mentorship, and performance feedback.
• Oversee daily field activities including door-to-door outreach and appointment setting.
• Support team members in developing strong communication and customer engagement skills.
• Build positive relationships with homeowners and represent the company professionally.
• Track performance metrics and report on team results.
• Ensure safe and efficient transportation of team members to designated areas.
