Job summary

DaBella is seeking a driven Canvass Manager to lead a field canvass team, recruiting and training new members while coaching the team to exceed lead generation goals. This boots-on-the-ground role requires outdoor work, strong communication, and the ability to motivate others in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily field activities including door-to-door outreach and appointment setting.
• Track performance metrics and report on team results.
• Ensure safe and efficient transportation of team members.
