Job summary

DaBella is seeking a Canvass Supervisor to lead a field team, motivate peers, and drive performance through coaching and active field presence. You’ll recruit, onboard, and mentor canvassers while supporting scheduling, outreach, and daily operations in outdoor settings.

The role requires strong communication, resilience to rejection, and a willingness to work in varying weather. A valid driver’s license and Monday–Saturday availability are expected.

Qualifications

• Active, boots-on-the-ground role.
• Strong communicators who aren’t afraid of rejection.
• Able to work outdoors in varied weather conditions.
• Proficient with a smartphone for scheduling and coordination.
• Available Monday–Saturday; valid driver’s license and clean record.

Responsibilities

• Lead & motivate the canvass team to meet daily/weekly goals.
• Provide coaching and feedback to improve performance.
• Recruit and onboard new canvassers; conduct screenings and interviews.
• Track daily activity and team performance; support outreach strategy.
