Job summary

Legacy Tow Group in the Southeast is seeking a Business Development Representative to grow commercial accounts in towing, heavy equipment transport, and related services. This field-based role focuses on meeting fleet managers and owners, building relationships, and turning them into steady business.

You will own your territory, travel to nearby markets as needed, collaborate with dispatch and operations, and leverage our growing Southeast footprint to expand revenue.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of sales or account management experience in towing, equipment rental, equipment dealers, trucking, logistics or related industry.
• Existing relationships with fleet managers, branch managers or equipment companies in the Southeast are a big plus.
• Comfortable with cold calling and visiting businesses unannounced.
• Ability to manage your own schedule and territory.

Responsibilities

• Prospect and sign new commercial accounts in trucking, equipment dealers and rental companies.
• Grow and service existing accounts to increase volume over time.
• Make regular in-person visits to yards, branches, shops and job sites.
• Coordinate with dispatch and operations to set up new customers correctly.
• Represent the company at local industry events and trade shows.
