Job summary

Raymond West is seeking a Business Development Representative to join our Sales team in Fresno, CA. You will be the key link to identify needs and introduce material handling solutions, prospect new business, and collaborate with senior Account Managers to drive growth across our customer base.

The role requires outbound outreach, a proactive mindset, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment while building lasting relationships with customers and internal teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 2+ years sales experience.
• Willingness to travel 4–6 hours daily.
• Must be insured by Raymond West.

Responsibilities

• Make 30 cold calls per day, 3 days a week.
• Identify opportunities via newspapers, Dunn & Bradstreet, internet; network with CREs.
• Generate sales leads through mail, email, and campaigns.
• Increase market awareness via warm calling.
• Create and manage prospective customer database.
• Digitize contacts in Outlook for mail merges.
• Collaborate with Marketing to develop new customers.
