Job summary

Raymond West is seeking a dynamic Parts Sales Representative to engage existing customers and develop new business in a defined territory. The role focuses on selling Raymond Parts, DuraSource, RBI products, OTR and services in alignment with company pricing and policies.

Primary duties include calling on customers, cold calling to expand the customer base, and delivering professional service that upholds Raymond West standards. Travel will be required in the assigned territory.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED; minimum 1 year related experience and/or training.
• Minimum 1 year demonstrated selling skills.

Responsibilities

• Call on existing customers and develop new customers in territory.
• Travel throughout assigned territory to solicit orders by phone or on sales floor.
• Prepare quotes, price terms and sales contracts; process credit applications.
• Estimate delivery dates based on production and delivery schedules.
• Manage consignments and inventory per guidance from Parts Inventory Control/Department Manager.
• Make minimum 10 new prospect calls per month and report results.
