ServiceMaster Building Services in Portland and Spokane seeks a dynamic business development professional to grow our commercial cleaning operations. You will meet with business owners, property managers, and facility leaders, building relationships and proposing solutions to win new accounts while supporting our cleaning staff on day-to-day needs.

The role is customer-facing, independent, and requires strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop new commercial cleaning business through in-person outreach and networking.

• Conduct site visits, prepare proposals, and follow up with prospects.
• Support current cleaning staff and coordinate schedules and supplies.
• Ensure service expectations are met and maintain client relationships.
