Job summary

Spectrum Business in the U.S. is seeking an Account Executive to drive new business in a field-based role. You will engage small businesses, analyze needs, and recommend Spectrum solutions across data, phone, video and mobile services.

Travel within the territory and collaborate with internal teams to ensure orders are fulfilled and customers are served well. The role requires a 2+ year sales track record, a valid driver’s license, and strong communication skills in English.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing or related field, or equivalent years of experience.
• 2+ years of sales experience or telecom/tech industry experience.
• Fluent English with strong written and verbal communication.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and stay organized.

Responsibilities

• Prospect and generate new business within your assigned territory.
• Conduct consultative needs analyses to match Spectrum Business solutions.
• Hit sales targets across data, phone, video and mobile services.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities and deals using required tools.
• Collaborate with internal teams for seamless order execution and service.
• Attend meetings and training to stay current on Spectrum products.
• Improve customer experience through proactive communication and support.
