Job summary

Cushman & Wakefield seeks a Mobile Building Engineer to maintain and repair HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and building systems in client properties. You will ensure maximum efficiency and reliability, while following safety standards.

Minimum four years of building engineering experience, EPA-608 certification, and a valid driver’s license are required. The role involves Tulsa-area sites and after-hours support as needed.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Apprentice program or trade school preferred.
• Minimum of four (4) years of technical building engineering experience with HVAC, plumbing, and electrical expertise.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive maintenance and repairs on facility systems and equipment.
• Maintain, operate, and repair HVAC, electrical distribution, plumbing, and building systems.
• Conduct inspections and reporting to ensure client occupancy and operations.
• Respond to emergencies; may require light travel during emergencies.
• Maintain stock and inventory control; support safety and compliance.
