Seeking a Dynamic Field Brand & Sales Specialist – Road Warrior Role

ABOUT THE ROLE
As a Field Brand & Sales Specialist, you’ll be the face of our brand in hospitals, clinics, and culinary hotspots across the country. You’ll travel to key markets, connect with professionals, and distribute promotional gear, driving awareness at the ground level and introducing new customers to our premium apparel. Your work directly supports brand growth and future sales.
This is a road warrior role — you'll spend three long, high-energy days (12–13 hours each) in the field, engaging directly with customers in high-volume areas. The fourth day typically includes travel and preparation, giving most weeks an extended weekend — perfect for exploring new cities or recharging at home. Your impact will be measured by the redemption rates of the materials you distribute — real effort, real results.

WHAT YOU’LL DO
  • Hit the road each week to bring our brand to life in top markets — from bustling medical campuses and hospital break rooms to vibrant restaurant districts and industry events
  • Spark real conversations with healthcare workers, chefs, and other professionals who rely on high-quality apparel to do their best work
  • Hand out promotional coupons, branded swag, and marketing materials that help introduce new customers to our products
  • Represent our brand with confidence, warmth, and energy — you’re not just handing out flyers, you’re making lasting first impressions
  • Track coupon redemptions and connect your outreach efforts directly to measurable sales — your work matters, and it shows
  • Capture fun, authentic moments from the field (photos, quick videos, or quotes) to fuel our social media and brand storytelling
  • Build connections with facility contacts to help us secure ongoing access and repeat visits
  • Share insights from the road with our marketing and sales teams — your voice will help shape future strategy
  • Be a trailblazer in new territories by helping launch our presence in untapped markets
  • Keep detailed records of your visits, materials handed out, and performance
WHAT YOU’LL BRING

  • Previous experience in field marketing, brand ambassadorship, retail, or sales is a strong plus (but not required)

  • Clear and effective communication, both in person and in writing — you know how to share updates, report results, and adapt on the fly
  • A results-driven mindset with the motivation to meet targets, solve challenges, and help grow something from the ground up
  • Comfortable with basic tools like Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and mobile reporting apps to track your work and performance
  • A bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or equivalent real-world experience in a customer-facing role
WHERE YOU’LL WORK
Field-Based | Road Warrior Role (Within UA U.S. Employer States)
This is a travel-first role — you’ll spend the majority of your time out in the field, visiting hospitals, restaurants, campuses, and expos across the country. While you’ll have a home base, this isn’t a traditional remote desk job. When you’re not traveling, you’ll handle reporting, planning, and communication from home.
    Extensive business travel required (expect most weeks to include travel)
    Company-provided laptop and tools for business use
    Must reside in a UA-approved U.S. state for employment
