Assistant Brand Manager – Shopper & Omni Marketing

100% Remote

3 months contract

8 am to 5 pm EST (flexible), M to F, travel may happen on weekend(s)

Short Description:

We’re looking for a proactive Assistant Brand Manager to lead and execute strategic shopper and omnichannel marketing plans across retail and e-commerce. In this role, you'll collaborate with cross-functional teams, manage agency partners, and deliver best-in-class campaigns both in-store and online. You’ll support national brand strategy while identifying retail-specific growth opportunities and managing budgets with a founder’s mindset.

Key Qualifications:

• 2+ years of shopper/omni marketing experience, ideally with platforms like IRI, 8451, or Luminate
• Strong collaborator with excellent project management and communication skills
• Marketing degree preferred (or equivalent experience)
• Experience supporting brand campaigns, working with sales teams, and managing budgets
